- 1 Cup cooked chickpeas or 1 tin chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 2 drops dōTERRA Bergamot essential oil
- 2 drops dōTERRA Grapefruit essential oil
- 3 drops dōTERRA Lime essential oil
- 1 Tbsp coconut water
- 2-3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil)
- Celtic or Himalayan salt to taste
- Blitz together
